Checking out a Testarossa for the Dealership

We had a person in the Austin area reach out to us about buying their 1991 Ferrari Testarossa. So Josh and I went to his house to check it out. Overall the car is in pretty good condition and has been maintained well, but it definitely is due for a major. Will we end up buying it?
