I have a contract from when Black Orchid Enterprise, LLC, a Delaware Company, doing business as European Auto Group (EAG), acquired my company Gated Six LLC, a Texas company and all of it’s intellectual property and assets. As a part of that acquisition, the investors in Gated Six LLC were to be paid off, which they eventually were after a LONG battle with EAG. Also, I was to be paid a royalty of $2,000 for every conversion kit sold by EAG for my continued marketing services. I have yet to receive a single dollar from EAG as part of this agreement. Art claims that they have converted over 450 cars now, at the time of the signing of this agreement, they had only converted approximately 100 cars. That’s 350 conversions X $2,000 = $700,000.
