In life, the only guarantees are death, and taxes. And if you own a business, you are guaranteed to get sued. My time has finally come and I was sued in small claims court. I frankly think it was a frivolous lawsuit as the credit card company had already reversed the charge back but alas, you can’t stop stupid. Here’s my story and how much it ended up costing me.
