Well it finally happened. Clay Thom, former owner of CNC Motors, is in jail. He has multiple criminal charges against him, and his bail was set at a whopping $8.7M! I know it took a long time for investigators to unravel the situation, but it’s finally happened, and hopefully he will be convicted and spend some serious time in prison.
