Why is there No Heat in my Ferrari 575?

Josh from Exotic Power & Performance visits my garage again and tries to help figure out why my Ferrari 575 has no heat! After digging around we see that the heater core is disconnected, but after reconnecting it we determined that the water control valve is broken and stays fully open.
